In the process of telecommunication development, many countries not only face the opportunities brought by the development of informatization, but also encounter the insurmountable problems caused by digital divide at the same

Urbanization is an irreversible trend in the 21 centuries. By 2050, nearly seven in ten people will be living in cities. A smart sustainable city is an innovative city that uses ICTs to improve quality of life, the efficiency of urban operations and services. It upgrades the city’s competitiveness, while meets the needs of present and future generations with respect to economic, social, environmental and cultural aspects. Standing on the shoulder of successful 2G, 3G and 4G mobile networks, 5G network and services will undoubtedly reshape the framework of the city development and provide both opportunities and challenges for mankind.
